Invoices are due, otherwise unless noted, by the 15th of the following month of the billing date. For example, if invoiced on 6/5/19 the invoice is due by 7/15/19.
Homeowners are welcome to pay directly via credit card. They may provide the information to the Property Manager or Realtor OR contact our office directly. If provided through the property management or realtor office, we will need the credit card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV 3-digit code and billing zip code.
We are accepting Visa, Master, AMEX and Discover credit cards.
