I have used ASAP Appliance Service for a decade now. They are excellent! As an example--I bought a dishwasher from HHGregg. They offered me a deal to install it, then arrived and refused to install because "it would take too long, it's not standard. Tough luck." I was furious. Long story short, I called my old standby ASAP who was out there the next morning and installed it super fast no problem. They stand by their work 100%. A small hometown business with integrity. Imagine that! They are the best in town. Don't get ripped off, call them. They will NEVER rip you off, and they are dependable and reasonable to boot. I can't say enough about how customer oriented they are. They will give you good advice about what to buy, will install no matter what. Don't get tricked into letting the big box store do your install like I did. Go with a reliable business who DOES it for a business. The big box store uses a third-party contractor and they certainly don't care whether you're happy or not. They don't care about your repeat business EVER. Used ASAP to replace my stove/oven range. They were recommended by a friend. Ask for Julie (although she typically picks up the phone anyway). She's awesome. She is very helpful and patient (I knew nothing about what I needed). Got an appointment in no time. The guys that came to the house were great too. I don't have enough good things to say about ASAP. Our landlord uses the most incompetent property management company and our washer/dryer unit was broken for a month. They consistently stayed in touch with me, in regards to their requests to get an answer from the management company on the approval for the work order Noticing how long this request had been in their qeue without any movement from the management company, customer reps at ASAP went out of their way to contact our management company to get the ball rolling and because of them and their proactive employees we now have a new, working washer/dryer.
