What do you repair?

What areas do you service?





Arlington (except Rosslyn), Alexandria, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Stafford County, northern Spotsylvania County.  We do not service Fauquier and Loudoun Counties.


Do you repair fireplaces?





No





Do you have emergency (24 hour) service?



No





Can I bring the appliance to your office?



No, we repair in the home.





Do you have service agreements for heating and air conditioning?



Yes, we offer 1, 2 and 3-year agreements.  The 2nd and 3rd years are discounted. Call today for more information about the available options.





Do you service rental homes for private homeowners?



 Yes, we require authorization from the owner as well as a email address and credit card for payment prior to the service appointment.  All receipts are sent to the owner, nothing is left with the tenant. 





Are you licensed in Virginia?



Yes, we have a master HVAC, Class C Contractor, and gas fitters license with the state of Virginia. 





Do you work with home warranty companies?



We do not invoice the home warranty companies.  Some companies will let you use your own company.  We will provide a printed receipt to submit for reimbursement.





Do you work on commercial appliances?



No, residential only.





Are your technicians trained?



Yes, all our technicians can repair appliances, heating and air conditioning.  They will arrive uniformed with their name visible and in a lettered vehicle.  





What if I have more than one appliance that needs service?



We charge a discounted diagnosis rate for any additional appliance diagnosed after the first appliance.





What do I do if I smell gas at my appliance?



Call the gas company immediately to turn off the gas.  This is typically a free service.  Do not wait to schedule service with a service company.  They will shut off the gas to the appliance.  Once it is safely turned off, we will be happy to help you.  Following repairs, we can turn the gas back on.





Do you service appliances still under manufacturer warranty?



No, we are an after warranty service company.  Most manufacturers provide a 1-year warranty only.  We look forward to helping you in year 2.





Do you charge by the hour?



No, everything we do is a flat rate service.
